At August Nanny Group, our story starts with a deep empathy for the challenges both nannies and families face in Salt Lake City. Founded by a Utah-born nanny with roots in New York City, we experienced firsthand the difficulties nannies encounter in finding positions and families in securing dependable childcare. Existing online platforms felt lacking, with only one major option that made hiring child-care cumbersome and inefficient.
Recognizing the exhausting process families endure during nanny searches – from reviewing endless resumes to contacting references, scheduling interviews, and hoping for the right match, only to start over – we knew changes were needed. And so, August Nanny Group was born. Our aim is to simplify the process for families through a one-time fee that covers a range of services. By managing the vetting process and aligning nannies with families, we strive to eliminate the stress and time drain of the search.
