To secure a nanny placement with us, there is a one-time initiation fee of $500. This fee signifies our dedication to matching your family with the ideal nanny. We're here to make this process as smooth as possible for you. We also do not charge the industry standard placement fee ranging from 10-15% of the employee's projected yearly compensation. Our commitment to clarity means that families can trust that the agreed-upon terms are all-inclusive, with no unexpected charges down the line.

Refund Policy

We know that circumstances can change unexpectedly. If needed, we offer a partial refund of the initiation fee, excluding the background check cost if your family is not placed with a nanny in the time frame we agreed upon. Your family's safety is our top priority, and we invest heavily in ensuring it.

Optional "Formal Training Course"

For an additional $150, families can opt for our "Formal Training Course." This course offers extra support and education for managing household tasks and fostering a great relationship with your nanny.
